Thank you for shopping with Appliances Today. This policy outlines how we handle delivery, pickup, and related services for your purchases.
1. In-Store Orders

Delivery will be scheduled at the time of purchase.

On your scheduled delivery date, you will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.
2. Online Orders

Once your order is placed, our associates will locate your item(s) in our inventory and prepare them for shipment.

An Appliances Today representative will contact you directly to schedule the delivery date and time.

You will also receive a delivery notification when your order is on its way.
3. Delivery Fees & Conditions

A $100 delivery fee is charged at the time of purchase.

Delivery includes first-floor service only (with no more than three steps to the entrance).
-
Additional charges apply for upstairs or difficult-access deliveries.

Our delivery service currently covers Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Perris, Hemet, Lake Elsinore, and parts of Moreno Valley, California.

Installation and haul-away services are available for an additional fee.
4. Delivery Time Estimates

Deliveries are typically scheduled within 2 to 5 business days of purchase, depending on product availability and delivery area.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions.

Customers will be notified if any unexpected delays occur.

Expedited delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee (subject to availability).
5. Self-Pickup

Customers choosing self-pickup are responsible for arranging their own loading assistance.

For safety reasons, store employees cannot assist with loading appliances into vehicles.

Please ensure your vehicle is properly equipped to transport your purchase safely.
6. Third-Party Delivery

Appliances Today is not responsible for any third-party deliveries or transactions between customers and independent delivery providers.

We do not compensate for any damages, losses, or delays that occur during third-party delivery services.
7. Additional Accessories

Accessories such as water lines, vent hoses, and power cords for refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and stoves are sold separately.

These items are not included in the appliance price unless otherwise stated.
8. Delivery Damage Claims

Customers must inspect all items upon delivery. Any visible damage or defect must be reported to the delivery team before they leave the premises.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact Appliances Today within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).

Failure to report damages within this timeframe may limit our ability to process a claim or offer replacement options.

For approved claims, our team will coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is not available at the scheduled delivery time and location, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Deliveries can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the original delivery date.
-
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation, subject to our store policies.
10. Delivery Preparation Tips

Confirm that doorways and pathways are clear and accessible for delivery staff.

Measure your space in advance to ensure the appliance fits in its intended location.

Be present (or have a responsible adult available) at the scheduled delivery time to inspect and sign for your order.
