Return, Refund & Warranty
Thank you for shopping with Appliances Today. Please review our Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns
-
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Appliances must be inspected for defects in-store before purchase or upon delivery. No returns will be accepted after the 48-hour period.
-
No returns are accepted for cosmetic issues once the item leaves the store, as all AS-IS sales are final.
-
For delivery orders, we will pick up the return from your home. For pickup orders, you must bring the item back to our store. All returns must include proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
-
The appliance must be kept in the same condition and appearance as when it left the store.
2. Refunds
-
A 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted if the return is due to customer reasons (not caused by the store).
-
Cash refunds require an appointment to be scheduled in advance.
-
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
-
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
-
Delivery fee is not refundable if the return is not due to store fault.
-
If a customer cancels an order after the merchandise has been processed for delivery, on delivery or after delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
3. Limited Warranty
-
Except where otherwise specified, all products we sell include a one-year warranty. Most items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For appliances not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a one-year store warranty.
-
Customers may purchase a third-party extended warranty (1–3 years of additional coverage).
-
To activate a third-party warranty, customers must register directly on the warranty provider’s website and pay the associated premium.
-
A deductible fee may apply when making a claim under a third-party warranty, as determined by the provider.
4. Warranty Exceptions
The warranty does not cover the following:
-
Rust, abuse, infestation, or physical damage
-
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.)
-
Consumer-replaceable parts
-
Commercial use or pre-existing conditions
-
Installation faults or failure to follow manufacturer’s maintenance or installation requirements
5. No Warranty Coverage
The following items are not covered under any warranty:

6. Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty coverage becomes void under any of the following circumstances:
-
Any work or repair performed by the customer or an unauthorized third party.
-
The appliance was not transported upright during pickup or delivery.
-
The product was modified, altered, or misused in any way after purchase.
7. Other Important Notes
-
Issues caused by customer-related factors—such as incorrect size, improper installation, power or water supply problems, blocked ventilation, or misuse—will incur on-site service fees, as well as pickup and delivery charges.
-
Customers must inspect all merchandise upon pickup or delivery and report any damages immediately, no more than 12 hours.
-
Used items are sold AS-IS and are not eligible for return or exchange. Their condition and pricing reflect this status.
-
Failure to accurately identify delivery conditions (i.e. steps, narrow doorways, limited entrance space) will result in door-drop delivery only.
